Topsiders - open 1st or last night?

Was thinking maybe Topsiders on our last night (of course I will stop by to tip the waiters) depending on DH.
Is Topsiders open with their buffet? (Have written in last yrs notes that they are closed those 2 nights)

We had the same idea when we were on the 9/20 Eastern, but we found Topsiders was closed. We ended up with pizza and chicken, again!!

Makes sense that they would be closed those 2 nights.

First night - rapport building time with guests/servers...
Last night - tip issue for servers...
