No, it's on the 10th floor of Riviera Resort but enclosed. There is a rooftop patio you can walk out to and enjoy the views though.

There is a bar outside but it has nit been staffed since covid hit.

We had an early dinner there back in May, 5PM was only reservation we could find and we really wanted to try it out. When we were finished our waitress mentioned we could go outside on the roof, it was a really beautiful day so we got some great pictures (thanks to another couple that was out there too) and hung out for quite a while so it is nice out there. Would have been better if the bar was open to get another drink, so hopefully soon!

I took this picture from the outside terrace of toppolinos when we dined there a couple of weeks ago. We really enjoyed our meal there. We hope the terrace will be open for walk ups for a drink in the future.

We were early December and since we were staying there, I went up early for a cold one before my 3 favorite ladies came up for dinner. I took my beer outside and enjoyed the view but was a bit chilly. Girls came out for a bit but grandtinker was cold so we went in.
