Are Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe and Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe the only CS locations at WDW with a Toppings(Fixins') Bar?

I think Restaurantsauras (sp?) in AK has one as well.

Restaurantosaurus has one. Liberty Inn in the USA pavilion at Epcot has a small one (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, condiments, but no hot items like grilled onions or grilled mushrooms).
