Topolinos lunch

Let’s be frank here- Topolinos is leaving $ on the table for being closed for lunch. There should be a 3 hour lunch window serving a table service with similar dinner menu. I’d do it

I suspect they believe that the likely audience for a mid-day meal is pretty small as most people will be in the parks.

A 3 hour service would allow them to turn the tables once as this is a signature where the meals are longer. With staffing costs even if they could fill every table twice it is doubtful there is much to made unless they slap a high prefix price on the service.
