Topings bar at Tastes Pilots Grill

We have a vegetarian traveling with us. She is happy with a meatless burger (topings on a bun) but likes things like grilled onions to make it more interesting. What can we expect to find on the "topings bar"? Is it just pickles and condiments or are there more interesting options?

I wish they had grilled onions. Unfortunately, it's lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, raw onions, jalepenos (I think) and stuff like that.

But you can order onion rings, and even replace the standard side of french fries with a mini order of onion rings. The toppings bar also has a pretty good BBQ sauce. And there's music from the soundtrack of "The Right Stuff" just to keep in theme (but I digress).
