Before anyone freaks, yes... I have a doc. appointment scheduled for tomorrow, which has been planned since last week to discuss none related issues, so I plan on bringing this up... but, if anyone has any ideas what this could be, I'd love the pointers.
I've had a VERY bad sore throat since Saturday as well as the top of my tongue is VERY sore. It feels as if I burnt my tongue on hot liquid or I've licked the heck out of a jaw breaker (come one... everyone here has done that at least once as a kid and knows the feeling!). Problem is, I haven't done either of those and am now on day 4 with no end in sight.
I have NO other symptoms. No fever, no cough, no spots in my throat, etc.
Any ideas what this could be???
