Top of the World Lounge at BLT

Anyone know if the Top of the World Lounge is ever rented out for private events? I would love to use it for an event for my upcoming wedding, but I'm highly doubting this is an option.

Not at this time. Currently it is only open to DVC members staying at BLT on a reservation through Member Services.

I would contact them. You might be able to use it before regular hours. When the opening was announced, there was a suggestion that it may not be available everynight, so that sounded like there might be private events. Doesn't hurt to ask, from reports it has not been crowded, they may want some extra revenue.

Yeah I just got a reply from my planner who said it's not bookable for private events.

call the CR and ask for the top of the world. they probably can't help you - but they should know the CM for you to call to ask.

wait until 5pm eastern time - before then no one is up there.

Everything at Disney is bookable for private events, even entire theme parks, it just depends on how much one is willing to spend.
