Ok, my MIL said there is a restaurant where you can go to the top and see all the fireworks from all the parks. Does anyone know the name of it? Do you have to eat there or can you just go up there to watch?

California Grill. From there, the best view is of the MK fireworks, which are very close by, but I imagine you can see the other park fireworks as well. You cannot just go up there to see the fireworks (that used to be allowed, but it got too chaotic); you have to make an ADR to eat there.

CG used to be called Top of the World. 'Ohana also has a window with a good view of the MK and the castle (and there are okay views from other spots at the resort). the contemporary also has a couple of balconies with views. one is private to CG, another is open to anyone.

I read somewhere that if you have an ADR at CG and it's a couple hours before the fireworks, you can eat your dinner and then come back for the fireworks if you show your receipt or something. Is that correct? (My ADR is at 7:40 because that's the latest I could get and Wishes is at 10.) I would assume this would be a good policy so you don't have people lingering and taking up tables so they can see the fireworks.
