The title says it all... For the last month or so every morning, the top of my feet ache when I wake up. I sort of wobble around the first 5 or so minutes until they stop aching. It doesn't last long or is terribly painful, but is annoying enough that I am curious if anyone has ever had this. I haven't changed shoes or walking habits, so I cannot figure out why they ache like this. Next time I go to the DR I will bring it up if it continues to happen, but am curious if anyone knows why/have had this happen to them.

Am putting on my inner Dr. House here :goodvibes

Are your blankets to heavy? They may be pulling on your feet or ankles while you sleep and pulling them in weird directions.

Maybe arthritis?

Repeating the PSA I always do in these cases. GO SEE A PODIATRIST! ASAP!

Don't mess around with pain in your feet. See my siggy with the pic of me in the scooter. That is what hapens when you don't get the right treatment and get it in a timely manner.
