:cool1: I really loved this show and cant wait till they do the next season.
I was so happy with the winner of Top Chef. What a classy guy!!!! I was so worried Tif was going to get win just because the judges thought Harold played it too safe.
Anyone else looking forward to Harold opening up his restaurant and dreaming of going there one day? Wouldnt it be cool if LeeAnn, Dave, and Miguel all hope on board and chef in his new restaurant with him? :woohoo:

Yes, I was rooting for Harold also! Glad he won. I really didn't like Tif, I thought she seemed like a PITA, I know Dave thought she was. I kind of thought Harold was going to win all along, he was pretty consistant and he has a great personality.

I also liked Dave, something about him, seemed like a little teddy bear, I always felt a little sorry for him.

I liked Dave, Harold and Lee Ann. I would have been sooooo mad if Tif won! When I watched last night, they showed a commercial for the new season of Project Runway! Yea!

I love Project Runway also!! Actually, that's how I started watching Top Chef, because it came on after Project Runway was over.

We were also rooting for Harold. It would be great if, as he mentioned, that some of the others would also be at his new restaurant. I'm not sure about Miguel though - he did seem too much like a sous chef and I sure wouldn't want salty sorbet :confused3

ROFL--I think Harold would put Miguel in charge of the meat dept. ;) I would love, love to try Dave desserts based on the reactions of the Judges. Also, that Kobe meat dish looked so delicious. Yum Yum
Also, found Top Chef by watching Project Runway.!!! Cant wait for the new season to start for both of these shows.

Just watched it...I am so happy Harold won! I really liked Dave...hope he gets some good luck, everybody seems to love his cooking. I live in New York, so I'd like to go to Harold's restaurant. I wish I had more money to spend on eating in those kind of restaurants. At least I'd be fat on good food and not just mac and cheese.

My faves have been winning my reality shows this season (except for Survivor and the Apprentice).

I really enjoy this show. Can't wait 'til next season. I want to try out Harold's place when he opens it.

I don't even think Tif should have been in second place. I think Dave got screwed with that. With that challenge, Harold won one, Dave won one and the third the only reason Harold won was b/c Dave had forgotten a third dish - I think if Dave had remembered it, he would have won that one too. Tif won none of them - so how did she surpass Dave?

My top three favorite chefs are Harold, LeeAnn, and David. Kinda wish I had the passion they did for cooking.

Top Chef and Project Runway are two of my favorite shows, simply because you actually have to have SOME talent to succeed, thereby eliminating the need for "alliances" and scheming. I was so totally hoping Harold would win, because he seems like such a good cook, and, oh yeah, he is kinda dreamy.

Apparently Dave has, or works at, a restaurant in Manhattan Beach, not too far from where I live. If we find out where he's at we're going to try his place out. :)

I am glad Harold won. I rooted for Leann from the start but came to admire Harold more and more each week. That dish he made with the blow torch and the trevisano, beef and gorgonzola looked heavenly!

I must say I reserved judgement on Tiffany until the last episode. Sure, she was a pain but I imagined that many successful chefs are like that. Her food always looked tasty. Then at the finale she seemed to have straightened up and seemed appreciative of the help she was being given (she must have been appalled at seeing herself on TV when she went home). But when she claimed the idea for Dave's dessert at judge's table, that was the last straw! How low can you go??? She's told some fibs before but stealing another man's dessert is beyond the pale!!! :furious: Good riddance, Tiffani! Bring back Project Runway!

Did she learn nothing!! Hello, you are being videotaped non-stop. How could she not realize that they would find out about Dave's dessert?

I actually looked up Billy Joel's wife on the bravotv page. I owe her a big apology (like she cares :lmao: ). I thought that was her claim to fame, but when she mentioned that she got the "bloodline" in the fish, I was thinking oh, she must know something!
