I love this show!! I can't wait for it to start. I wish I could cook 1/5 as good as the people on the show but I don't think I could handle the "exotic" meats they have to deal with.

It will be fun to watch it since it was filmed here. It will be a kick watching for places we recognize. I know that they filmed at a farmer's market this summer but they kept everything very tight so very few secrets have leaked.

Spike's experience makes him interesting. I'm a little nervous about Andrew and Richard, both of whom have studied molecular gastronomy under Ferran Adria. While they both have other influences, I'm hoping we're not going to see a constant stream of foams and gelees from either or both of them ala Marcel.
