Not sure if I can narrow it down to just 5, but here goes!

1. The breathtaking lobby!
2. The unique experience of seeing these animals from our balcony!
3. Boma and Mara!
4. The relaxing shower in the bathroom! (such a difference from the moderate shower at CBR)
5. The overall atmosphere-drums playing, fire pits, music, viewing areas, etc...

I also want to add one more, but I'm not sure if this was unique to AKL or if all resorts do this: being able to check in our luggage from the lobby and get our boarding passes for our trip home delivered to our room was an exceptional perk!
