I'll take this list of yours and agree with you with the exception of Toluca and replace it with Earl of Sandwich. I'm a big time carnivore, but even I can't look at those things (turkey legs) being knawled on in someones jaws as the grease drips down their chins and onto their WDW T-Shirt.

Golden Outpost in MK--yummy chix sandwiches and they are huge!!!

We liked the Backlot Express. Indoor and outdoor eating available. And some decent choices...

While I'm not crazy about the CS offerings at DHS, we did have a decent meal at ABC Commisary. Not terrific, but better than other places we ate.
With that said...here are my top five spots...

AK...either Yak and Yeti or Flame Tree BBQ (love them both)

MK..Cosmic Rays and Columbia Harbor House

Epcot...Sunshine Seasons or Lotus Blossom in China

DTD....Wolfgang Puck Express..Marketplace
