Ohana
Turkey legs in Frontierland (hey, it's my list...)

Bottom five:
Planet Hollywood
Rainforest Cafe
Cantina de San Angel

That's not five, but I didn't have any others I really couldn't stand. Rainforest Cafe qualified as three entries, I think.

Mmmm, turkey legs. I miss them...:p

Daisy;)

Safari Steve stole my bottom five, but I'll trudge forth...

Top 5 places:

5) The Garden Grille(good food)

Bottom 5:
1) Plaza Pavillion
2) Toy Story Pizza Planet
3) Rainforest Cafe
4) ABC Commisary

These are always fun because for each poster it really depends on the service you happened to get or whether the chef had a good/bad day.

Also funny Whispering Canyon makes both lists quite a bit!

But here goes:

Donald's Breakfastasaurus -- jun fun and a good buffet
Cindy's Royal Table -- it's in the castle! 'nuff said
Whispering Canyon -- depends on your waiter/waitress but usually fun
Teppanyaki -- Epcot Japan -- liek Benihana's but we had a lot of fun.
Liberty Tree Tavern -- great location and fun characters

Don't Care For:
Polynesian Luau (do they still have this?) -- pricey, we had a very rude host and the food was horrible!
Planet Hollywood -- not very exciting
German Beirgartens -- It's Germany, you can't serve anything more unusual than Becks??

Top Five

Le Cellier
Akershus
Chef Mickey
Wolfgang Puck
Sci Fi (atmosphere)

Don't like

Mama Melrose
Brown Derby
China Pavilion

Top Five:

Jiko
Spoodles
Le Cellier
50's Primetime
Coral Cafe (Sunday Buffet)

Bottom Five:
Tuskers (Counter Breadfast)
Fulton's
Pizza Planet
Chef Mickey's
Tubbies (hot food)

These are totally personal choices. Advise to Newbies - try those you think you'd like and form your own opinion. ;)

We are planning on going to Pizza Planet on Sunday, now I see it in a lot of "Bottom 5's"! Would someone tell me why it's bad? My husband says it can't be worse than Chuck E. Cheese...we are taking DS5 and DS3 who are HUGE Toy Story fans. Will they be disappointed? We will totally sacrifice food quality for cool theming, if there is indeed cool theming. Help!

TOP

Boma
Flame Tree Barbecue
California Grill
Akershus
Victoria & Albert's

ALSO RANS

Kona Cafe
Beaches & Cream
Cosmic Ray's
Jiko
Spoodles
Hollywood Brown Derby

BOTTOM
ABC Commissary
Sci-Fi restaurant (except for desserts)
Pizza window at Spoodles
Concourse Steakhouse
Anything served at Typhoon Lagoon

And the kids might like Pizza Planet...but don't expect it to look ANYTHING like it does in the movie...looks more like a warehouse. But they did put Toy Story characters on it.

good queen:

I actually think Chuck E Cheese pizza is edible...and I like their salad bar...

Pizza Planet pizza is very doughy...I would just rather save my calories for something else. Maybe get the boys some pizza, but hold off for something better for yourself. My DS still loves it there...big Toy Story fan.

Erikarate,

Thanks! That's what I need to know. We'll be sacrificing for the kids on this one. I'll probably be too excited to eat--DisneyWorld, Star Wars, staying at POR--Oh my! I'm barely eating now.

5 days to go...

Erica

Based on food, atmosphere, service, and value.

Top Five
1) Jiko (relaxing)
2) Emeril's at CityWalk (chocolate souffle!)
3) Le Cellier (best bread at WDW)
4) Wolfgang Puck's (tasty food)
5) 50's PTC (guilty pleasure, great for lunch)

Bottom Five:
1) Rose & Crown (bad food, bad service, good view though)
2) Wolfgang Puck's Upstairs Dining (eat downstairs!!)
3) Mama Melrose's (uggh)
4) California Grill (why did I make a PS if I have to wait 60 minutes; way over priced for the service, downward spiral)
5) Narcoossee's (what happened to this place, it used to be excellent)

Troy

Jumping in on this one .....

Top 5: (no order!)

California Grill
Mitsukoshi's in Japan
Grand Floridian Cafe
Cape May Cafe's Character Breakfast
Yachtsman Steakhouse

Bottom 5 :

Alfredos
Mama Melroses
ESPN Cafe
Rainforest Cafe
Planet Hollywood

(note 3/5 are chains... yuck)

Again, all my own opinion!! I want to try some of the other restaurants that made ya'lls top 5! :)

(note the usage of "ya'll" by a Mass chickie!)

Our top 5 in no special order:

El pirata y el perico
LTT
Crystal Palace
50's Prime Time Cafe
Alfredo's

Our bottom 5, again in no special order:

Planet Hollywood
Big River Grille (at BW)
Whispering Canyon Cafe (lunch was unbelievably bad)

I can't think of 2 more restaurants in WDW that we wouldn't go back to. We're not too picky, and like most everything we're served.
