Coming from my own adult perspective:

1. Speedway - takes up a ton of space that surely could be utilized better
2. Stitch - it's really not a terrible ride but I enjoyed and miss Alien Encounter
3. Tom Sawyer Island - again takes up a lot of real estate and seems like it's passed over by a lot of park goers

Even if it is closed: Stitch

Only did Stitch once about eight years ago. Most pointless ride at any Disney park I've ever been to (I've been to four of the five).

This is totally subjective of course. For me.......

Hall of Presidents - but it is because of the guests, not the attraction itself
Stitch is pretty bad
Toss-up between Country Bear Jamboree and Monster's Inc Laugh Floor

I love Hall of Presidents! And may skip it for the next four years or so.....
