Homecomin'
Boathouse
Morimoto Asia

Also Wine Bar George but it's probably not good for a family dinner. More wine/tapas style date night vibe.

Ate at homecomin' recently and liked it. Trying Morimoto next!

We loved The Boathouse when we were there a few weeks ago.

Just got back today Boathouse had a bit of trouble, food was so slow they brought us free salad, free soup and free drinks (we didn’t ask or complain they just did it), but still enjoyed it. Edison was a miss for us, poor service and just ok food. We weren’t checked on, items on menu we were given were not available until after 6:00pm, never asked if we would like another cocktail.

We most enjoy two 'standouts':
Jaleo
Homecomin'

We enjoy other places too, because mostly, we've never had a 'bad meal' at other places.

FWIW, Homecomin' is a difficult reservation.

For the days you want to skip a restaurant:
Vivoli (for Gelato) & Genachery (for chocolates) - stressed spelled backwards is Desserts.

Love Jaleo!!!

I’m glad to hear this. The first two times we went it was beyond wonderful. However our November meal was not good at all,. Service was well intentioned but not very good. Mixed up orders, out of synch. Server made some mistakes that made us think she was very inexperienced despite her trying very hard.

All three are fabulous, and we try to do at least 2 on every trip. also good, but not a must each trip, are the Boathouse and D-luxe burger. We were not thrilled with Chicken Guy or the Edison

Maria and Enzo's - food was great and the setting is really impressive. We also like both the food and drinks at The Edison, but the live entertainment, while good, is LOUD. If you can't get a reservation, we like Jock Lindsay's (happy-hour type snacks, but enough to make a light meal out of) and DLuxe burger. The last two have really nice covered outdoor seating areas if that's a consideration.
