O Holy Night (DD#2 made a CD of nothing but various artists singing this - my favorite is Josh Groban)
Joy to the World (In addition to the fact that I think it's a beautiful song, it was the first song I ever learned to sing harmony. I don't have anywhere near a soprano's range, so I would sing the melody an octave lower until a patient church choir director - she was an alto as well - taught me how to sing harmony.)
