-Mama Melrose- italian food is one of the better TS restaraunts for HS

We normally don't like to eat dinner in the themeparks so on Hollywood Studios day we head over to Cape May Cafe (Beach club) it's only a short boat ride away.(Plus since you have boys buffets might be best)

Def 50s primetime and sci-fi cafe are my favorites!!!

We loved 50's Prime Time Cafe on our trip in December. My DD6 loved seeing her Daddy get in trouble by our Waitress. The food was very good. I had the fried chicken (4 huge pieces) and DH had pot roast. We will definitely eat there again.

We also ate at Sci-Fi. Your kids would probably enjoy the very large movie screen that they show B-movie clips on. They also showed some Tom and Jerry clips. The food was not as good as 50's Prime Time. I would prefer to try somewhere different on our next trip.

Mama Melrose was our #1 pick... Never been there but all the reviews are pretty good and I think it would be a nice change!!!

Luckily we'll be at HS for an extra day so we decided to also try Sci Fi Dine In Theatre! Think Im more excited then the kids about goin there... Love anything with a theme!

ITA! DHS has the worst food out of all of the parks, IMHO.

50's Prime Time and Sci Fi would be our top choices (followed closely by Mama Melrose)

This is exactly what I would do, take the boat over to EPCOT and eat at one of the restaurants in the worlds. You do need hopper passes to do this. Or stop at one of the restaurants in the resorts that the boat passes by. We don't really care for any restaurants in HS. If you want to do the Fantasmic package I would say Mama Melrose, the last several trips Fantismic wasn't full so we went in the normal way right before the show startsd so we didn't have to wait in line.

Sci-Fi and 50s Prime Time. Love the Sci-Fi. Great atmosphere (make sure to insist on sitting in a car) and GREAT milkshakes.
