Top 100 Independendent rest. by volume

I was reading R&I(Restaurant and Institutions) magazine at work today and they had the top 100 independent restaurants by volume listed and 3 at WDW made the list. The highest was Fulton's at number 12. Others were Cali Grill and Wolfgang Pucks. Emerils at USO was in there too.

I loved Fulton's, great to here it ranked high. Plan on going back this Nov.

Wow, I found their website http://www.rimag.com/ and it says this at the top:

April 22, 2010 Top Stories Restaurants & Institutions has closed

No additional print issues will be published, and this web site will close on April 30, 2010

I wondered if the OP was aware of this.

I just ate at #71 Trattoria Dell'Arte and #97 Bryant Park Grill in NYC last weekend. Holy cow, Dell'Arte was extremely busy and crowded. We were in a private room--the wine room, actually, and whenever a waiter came in to retrieve a bottle, it was like a blast of sound coming in the door behind them. People talk about California Grill being noisy - that's NOTHING compared to this! (of course, it was excellent food)
