Top 10 Threads Segment

Just wanted to say I enjoyed this immensely, well except, perhaps, for the Soarin' thread (wasn't me) and hope it will be a regular segment.

Hopefully it will elevate the level of discourse on the boards, as lots of posters will clamor to have their thread mentioned on the podcast

I liked it too! It made me start thinking about looking at other threads outside the podcast section, which is a good thing!

Another idea could be top 10 most loved threads, each podcast crew member could pick a few fav threads (this may have been done before), or best non-Disney related threads.

I would also like the note that while listening to the podcast at work today I enjoyed responding to the usual, "What are you listening too?" with "just a debate on whether or not the Titanic is a burial ground of the entombed or historical sight belonging to the people." I felt smart =). Thanks guys!

I really enjoyed it too. It's similar to Forum Watch and the DIS Forum discussion shows that I loved. I always like the segments that include everyone in spontaneous discussion.

I agree, too. I don't know if the DISboards shows are gone for good, but this is a great alternative. Probably easier for the podcast crew, too, since they don't have to go searching the boards for interesting threads. Since it's determined by board activity, they just pull up the viewing stats. Brilliant, love it.

I agree. I do still miss the email shows, but I think this is a good new segment. Keep up the great work on the podcast! You all have helped me through many hours of commuting and housekeeping.

Emails are pretty scarce these days.

We receive an occasional email with feedback regarding the show, but that's pretty much it.

In the last few months, we haven't received enough emails to put a show together.

I think the boards have gotten so good at answering people's questions is one of the reasons why you may not be getting as many questions. I can really tell a difference with Nickibell moderating the podcast board.

I have surfed the boards for a couple years now but listened to the show for the first time today after searching for disney podcasts on Itunes. Great Show and I will be back for more!

I really liked it too especially since I don't have as much time to check out the boards, I can still keep up with what's going on a little. Except for the fart thread... Okay I am embarrassed, and I never fart on purpose, but can everyone else on the planet control when and where they fart? Sometimes you can't help it, right? Like a sneeze? Maybe it's just me. I will try my best never to "sneeze" around anyone ever again!

I really enjoyed the segment as well. I also appreciate the leeway that the Moderators on the Theme Parks Board give for spirited conversation, even though some of it is technically not Disney related.
