We have a Harry Baals Dr. in Fort Wayne, IN. He was the mayor in the early 50's. Can you imagine running for office with that name now!

My town has an Old Oaken Bucket Road, a Clapp Road, Mordecai Lincoln Road, Chief Justice Cushing Highway, and others, most named after historical town figures. Since the town has been around since 1636, there are a lot of "odd" names around town.

We have a "Rong Way" in our town....I always snicker when we pass that one. Unfortunatley it is in a poor section of town...subsidized housing. Read into that what you will

right near us we have RaffyDiddle Road...and English Muffin Way...lol!

I live not far from English Muffin Way in FRederick, MD!!! Of course, that one is named that way because of Thomas' English Muffin company being located there. But still funny!!

Everyone knows Clinton and Fidelity have never crossed!!!!!

We live in Traverse City. We are normally known for great lakes, beaches, bays, and golf. Oh, and the National Cherry Festival!

Thankfully, I've never heard of this road...
