Toontown rope drop and Ariel Grotto???

What time does the Toontown rope drop in mid-February on a regular entry day? Also, is Ariel in her grotto year round? What time does she start taking pictures on regular entry day? Do these times vary on the early entry day? Last time I went, Mickey and Minnie were taking pictures in their houses. Does that still happen? Leaving February 16th!

I don't know about February but usually both Ariel's Grotto and Toontown open an hour after regular opening time.

Ariel's Grotto is open year round.

Rope drop is at 9 am. I have seen Mickey having pictures taken in his house, I have never seen Minnie though.

Ariel's Grotto is always open unless there are freezing temperatures. If that's the case, Ariel will appear at the Toontown Hall of Fame in the Fairytale Room. Both Ariel's Grotto and Toontown open at 10am even on EMH mornings.
