What is the best day to do Toontown Morning Madness? I know it is offered Monday, Wednesday & Friday. We will be in the parks Monday 8/13 through Friday 8/17 and are staying on property so we will have EE Monday, Tuesday and Thursday if that makes a difference.

Also, if you do the Morning Madness, do you have to do the parade or are the rides open during the parade/welcome ceremony?

Do you get more done in Toontown during the Morning Madness or does it take the same amount of time as doing it at a different day/time?

Thanks

I am so confused - I answered this question - but it is not here!!! Hopefully I didn't post it to a different thread!!!

I prefer to do it with regular EE, so I would do Monday. This way you can get to the park early, hit all the fantasyland rides, and then be right near toon town. You do not have to be there right on time, and you do not have to participate in the ceremony. The rides are open, and you can just walk on them (many, many times in a row) Gadgets is DD's favorite, and she will keep riding it until we finally pull her away. After the ceremony the characters walk to their houses, and if there are any autographs you want, that is a great time to get them (especially Donald, he is a pretty rare one to find)

Unless you want a day to sleep in a bit, I would do it on the Wednesday.

Use one of your EE days to line up for Nemo as soon as you get into the park. Try to do this the first EE day-If the line up is too long then you have other EE days to try for a shorter line.

Then you still have 2 EE days to do Fanasyland.

Or you could do Nemo on the Wednesday, making sure you are at the gate at least 1/2 hr before it opens and then make a dash to Nemo.

jesseandtwo- I'm so glad you asked this question.
We had too much going on for last year's trip to attempt Morning madness.
I would like to try it this year too.
We'll be there Mon-Fri also, so I was thinking of trying to hit it on a non EE day.
Our Wednesday morning is going to be Character breakfast day.
Or maybe we should hit it on Monday, if my kids love it we have 2 more opportunities to see it.

Worthwhile doing for autographs for sure, and for catching TT when it's not too busy. Which day to use depends on what else is going on. EE is great to catch the rides that you really want without having to wait in line.
