Thought I would announce to all you die hard fans of VMK, that Disney's other big online game, Toontown, is now allowing limited access free gaming too!!!
later in this thread someone has posted what this includes, but basically u can get in and play for free now! woo lol

From what I was just told the Free account is limited to what you can do. So although it may be exciting that it's free- it's just like a demo.

Same here. I was just going to look this up cause I wouldn't think that they would let it fully be free. We have had one account for probably 3 yrs now for the kids. I have found it to be the safest game to play for them since they can only use the speed chat and its limited and you can get by on that alone. I have played with our youngest son though until he got the hang of it himself and we still play at times together since I made one as well. I found this for those that want to know what the free account gives you and I know for us that would never work.

A free account to Toontown Online includes the following benefits:

• Two Toons to create and personalize
• Access to one themed neighborhood with limited quests
• A Toon house for each of your Toons
• A limited assortment of cartoon gags to use on robot Cogs
• Limited access to racing karts, pet Doodles, fishing, and clothes to customize your Toon
• Play whenever you want for as long as you want -- all for free!

BTW, it actually isn't that pricey. $9.95 a month is nothing. You don't have to go out and buy the program (even though I know you can) and even so it still is cheap compared to the ones we play around here. No expansions to pay for which is cool. We have 2 accts with another game and that is like $16 something a money cause they added tax but still not to bad since it gives free updates and such. Then we have one other that is a bundle of games together that is $30 a month. And if anyone here does play Toontown that wants to get together let me know in pm and I will give you the name I play under on it.

omg too bad they didn't do it earlier. I was so close to beating the entire game. At least i can play with my friend who quit VMK now.

i had a great idea. for any of you guys who want to pay to play to get around other places. Play for free for the first tasks in Toon town central and once you beat them all. Start paying so you can move on

I got the e-mail about it being free a few weeks ago. I started playing it and it is a fun game, but I messed up my computer by changing some settings so I could play. Such a shame because I can't play it for fear of messing up my computer again.

Please edit the first post to say it is still a trial, except it is unlimited time. I believe it is just like the previous demo except you can have another character or two, and of course this one is unlimited.
