Toontown at Night?

Is Toontown less crowded at night? If so, my 4 yr old is a night owl, and this may be a good strategy.

Yes, Toontown does tend to thin out at night.

However, on a busy day, Toontown won't be much less busy than the rest of the park when night rolls around. I've seen Toontown packed wall-to-wall with people during the nighttime hours.
