Took Uber to theme park

Mears has an exclusive contract with WDW. Uber is trying to skirt around it by lying.

They do not have exclusive drop off rights. Any taxi or car service can do this.



And Disney has made no effort to limit access of all the various car services

Can you take Uber to DTD (Disney Springs? Whatever they are calling that traffic disaster right now)?

We took one there (from off property) in August. The driver dropped us off at the parking lot on the Cirque end and said that if we wanted to be picked up, he would recommend calling for it there.

As of about 5 years ago, part of the Disney/Mears contracts, were that only yellow taxis were allowed to pick guests within WDW. Any Taxi could drop guests off anywhere.

I do not know if that is still in effect.

Some Uber drivers have AP so they can get into the parking.

Some of the Uber Drivers are also CMs!
