And joined WW today. I have tried to do it on my own, I do good for a week then get off track and NEVER get back on:( I bought the 10 week commitment plan in hopes that since I have spent the money I will continue to go. Not sure if I like the meeting part but I will give it another try next wee. The 10 week plan will put me at April 11, my goal will be 20 lbs by then, thats 2lbs a week, we will see how it goes
 
Congratulations to you for committing to yourself and WW is an excellent program. It is great that you have set a goal for yourself, but always stay flexible with your goal. Some people lose really fast, some really slow and some in the middle. If you are losing it is great, but don't get discouraged if you don't lose as fast as you want. As long as you are losing you are making progress. Good luck in your efforts to get healthier.
 
I'm doing the same thing. I'm a Lifetime member, but of course I am more than 2 lbs. over my goal weight, so I needed to start fresh. I joined an at work program and paid for a 17 wk session. I go on Thursday at lunchtime. Tomorrow will be week two weigh in. The first week weigh in, I lost 2.4. I haven't been so good this week, so I'm dreading weighing in tomorrow. What day do you go to WW? We'll have to keep each other updated with our weekly weigh ins. You should consider joining the Easter Weight Loss Challenge that's going on. My goal is to lose 15 lbs. by Easter. So far I am 3.4/15. If I weigh in tomorrow and don't lose that fine, I just hope I didn't gain!:sad1:
 
Congrats on joining WW. Its a great program and so easy. Joining was the best thing I could have done for myself. And at first I wasn't to sure about the meetings. But now I love them. They are supportive, and a great resource for information. I enjoy hearing everyone's successes and getting tips from everyone. If I had the time, I would try to go to more than one a week. I look forward to going to the meetings. Plus, they keep me honest you know. Good luck!
