Took the plunge, first question

Well, we joined up today through a reseller. My 4 yr old daughter is going nuts already.

One quick question, we're looking at being through the entire process by late March/early April. What are the odds of getting in a Sun-Fri trip in mid May with that little notice?

I would assume you could get something as long as you don't plan on a specific location and are a bit flexible. Good luck!

OKW. My nieces and nephews are looking forward to next year, as we try to get the GV for the entire extended family.

As a hint...If you plan to do a GV during popular times, be sure to call day by day for that ressie. If yor are looking at January or September, there will be no problem waiting until the 11 month from check out date for the whole ressie, but if you are planning October, November or early December or even (heaven forbid) a holiday, be sure to call day by day.

Yes, after hearing about the day by day thing, I looked around to find out what it was, and I'm sure I'll be using it. Right now, the plan is early to mid may, 2005. I keep looking at the layouts (OK, I've actually been looking non-stop since I found out about the DVC) and I'm just amazed at the accomodations. I'm a little nervous about what the transportation to the parks will be like, having read so many comments. But if that's the trade-off for the rooms, it's worth it.
