We fly into lax on oct 3rd and we should land *touch wood* by 5:20pm. It's an international flight and we have a hire car with Alamo. We're driving down to Anaheim that night and will wanna eat. We wanted to book goofus kitchen but the latest I think we can book is 8:40ish. Do you think we can make it? Will it be worth it that late or will the food be cold and characters bored by then? Oh we're an adult group so no sleepy kids. Thanks

You're scheduled to land at 5:20? Depending on which runway you end up on it can take 20-30 min to taxi to a gate at LAX. Then you figure 30 min - 1 hr to clear customs on a Sat night, plus catch a shuttle to the rental car counter. Depending on traffic it could be 45 min to 90 min to Anaheim. You'd be cutting it very, very close and risking $10 per person no show. You might want to try it as a walk up if you make it there on time. Although if renting a car I'm not sure I'd want to drive an hour to Anaheim to eat. You could stop somewhere on the way, like an In n Out or some other local place. Especially if it's already 7:30 or later by the time you get the car.

Yeah it's the timing i'm worried about most. I thought it was open til ten not nine. We did chef mickeys last ur the day we landed in Orlando and it set the holiday off nicely. Prob is we'd do it next morning but it's the busiest of the 4 days we have at the park (Sunday and gay days - our other days are the min, ties and a week later on thurs) so it's the best day to do the walk in walts footsteps tour x
