"Too tall" for space mountain?

StepDad is 6'8". Only trouble was where to put his legs, but he managed fine on all the rides WDW has to offer. He fussed a little about Big Thunder not having enough room, actually it was Mom doing most of the fussing b/c he turned his legs sideways and took all of her room. :lmao:
After that he rode with a grandkid on rides like that.

I have you all beat. I'm 5'3"...and I turtle. I rode twice in January and was ducking left and right!!! My 5'7" friend didn't feel the need to at all but I was convinced I was doomed...

My husband is 6'6 also and loves Space Mountain, even tho his legs have to be sort of smashed in there to fit in right. I agree with the PP's - the ride is safe, and he can put his hands up if he wants to. :thumbsup2

My only advice is to sit in back....I'm only 5' 10", but I have very long legs. I find that the rear seats have the most leg room, and I have NO issues when I ride in back.

Thanks to everyone for the info-sounds like my man will be safe on the ride-but I will let him decide (I have been on space mountain enough times that I won't be too upset if he doesnt want to ha)
