I had heard that there are height restrictions on the Harry Potter Ride. I'm 6'3. Am I too tall to ride? I want to go to the DIS event, but if I can't go on the ride it might be a waste.

I have read somewhere that someone was 6'5" and was still able to ride. You may have to ask for the newer modified seats to ride more comfortably. :thumbsup2

I think it depends on your shoulders. My hubby is 6'4 but has broad shoulders and was unable to ride. He said the CM told him to sit up straight which made the harness hit his shoulder bones. Next time he is hoping that he will be able to slouch down so the harness will be on fat instead of bone and be able to push in.

I'm 6'6" and rode it without any problems... (well... besides kicking a dementor or something the first time I rode it when I just let my legs dangle and it thru me around a bit.).

I think the bigger issue is the going to be your general build and the old 3 click problem. I'm in the traditional "beanpole" type build (although i've started to put on some weight so I don't think I truly qualify as a beanpole anymore), so my chest/shoulder's aren't as bulky as some guys who may have a more athletic build.
