I guess great minds think alike. According to your signature, we are also both spliting our stays. We will start out at the POFQ (same as you right?) and then move to Animal Kingdom Lodge for the end of our trip. How funny that we plan so similarly.

i've got awhile 'til my 90 day window, but i am starting to figure out where we want to eat... so far i've got:
HDDR (dinner)
CP (breakfast)
LTT dinner (is lunch a character meal?)
Garden Grille (dinner)
Sci Fi (lunch)
boma (breakfast and dinner!)
CM (undetermined)
Princess Meal... not sure which one or where! LOL!
plus we're doing a character breakfast at universal for ds - the spiderman freak! LOL!
We love the character meals and it takes pressure off of lining up for each character in the park. I think in the long run, it saves us time to be spent on the rides and at shows.
Also, Le Cellier is one of our favorite restaurants. I think the food is among the best to be found in the parks and kids love the pretzel bread and cheese soup.
Enjoy!
Last time we did CP for lunch and EVERYONE loved it so much that, this time we have scheduled CP again, plus CRT and LTT. I don't think you can really have too many character meals unless someone in your group objects. You can eat nice meals anywhere but, only in WDW, can you dine with the Characters!
