Too many buffets?

I'm a bit worried here that we are going to get sick of so many buffets when we head to Disney in October. We are down for 6 days, and last time only did 1 character meal that my 3 year old LOVED (Tusker house breakfast), so this time we tried to book a bunch more. Problem is, are all these back-to-back buffets going to be too much? Also, I need to drop at least one TS meal for a QS or I'm paying out of pocket. I'd appreciate any advice.

Reservations right now:
Tuesday - Coral Reef Lunch, Chef Mickey Dinner (never been here, buffet #1)
Wednesday - Will do a QS in MK for lunch, Crystal Palace dinner (after the electric parade starts and was originally hoping at a time we can step out a bit for Wishes, buffet #2 and the one I'm leaning on dropping right now)
Thursday - Will do a QS in AK for lunch. For dinner, we have a 1900 Park Fare ADR (one of the character meals I've been told me and my wife might enjoy as well, buffet #3)
Friday - Will do another QS in MK for lunch, Liberty Tree Tavern dinner (Buffet #4. Right before MNSSHP starts, so I believe when our meal is over we get to leave and walk through the park (on our way out of course) seeing all the costumes. Seemed kinda cool to get a sample of the Halloween party, otherwise I might have dropped this.)
Saturday - Hollywood and Vine Lunch (Buffet #5. I know reviews don't seem to be the best, but my 3 year old loves Little Einsteins and Agent Oso, and watches Handy Mandy sometimes...), Dinner at Kona (and then watching Wishes from the Poly beach, which my wife loves). What's worse, if I could grab an 'Ohana ADR for this night, I'd probably take that too!
Sunday - QS lunch and then home

Thanks in advance!

Liberty Tree is not a buffet. It is a really great meal served family style. No need to leave the table. And it is no longer a character meal. Another great character meal that is not a buffet is Akershus at Epcot. It is the Princesses and you get to order from the menu. And then there is the Garden Grill at Epcot. That one is also family style.

I would consider Akershus somewhat of a buffet...it's about half and half, buffet in the beginning and then a plated entree.

OP, it depends on your family's preferences..we enjoy buffet dinners, because it gives us plenty of options (which is great for our 3 year old). FWIW, you will likely enjoy all of the character meals, if not for yourselves, then for watching your dd meet all of the characters.

Appreciate the comments. I'm going to drop one of the TS meals - what is the recommendation from the experts here? :)

I'd drop Liberty Tree only because the other restaurants are so much fun. However, I would also argue there's not many great restaurants in MK. You might try taking the monorail over to Kona (move Kona to replace LT) or try to get a ressie at Toni's. LT's good, but your other choices are better.

Also, you might drop H&W for the Brown Derby or Sci-fi.

Personally, I think Coral Reef and Chef Mickey's in one day is too much sit down! My suggestion would be to save a sit down meal, possibly a character meal, for your departure day. What a great memory right before you leave.

another thought, if you want the character experience, but a cheaper price, move crystal palace to breakfast. The experience here was one of our fav's in june :)

If you want to save a sit down, the one's I'd consider dropping is dinner at CP (just because it's not known as the best dinner buffet around the boards-we thought breakfast was just ok food wise, or coral reef at lunch- food was good just really noisy for us).
Don't give up your chef mickey's unless you're 100% sure, that one will be almost impossible to get back!:scared1:
