Too Late to upgrade?

I know I could probably just find this information on my reservation confirmation, but I am at work without them and just wondering - What is the policy regarding switching resorts after you have already paid everything in full. I was considering upgrading to a moderate resort from Pop Century (just got my Christmas Bonus!!) I have already paid off my package at Pop. Is it still possible or is it too late - trip is January 26th. Can I just pay the difference. I know chances of getting rooms at this late a date may not even be an option. Just thinking/dreaming about it anyway.

I think as long as there is availability, Disney is always happy to take your money and upgrade you!
