Too Late To Change A Reservation?

I have a ressie at BWV 8-27 02- 8-30-02 That I may not be able to keep. Also these points are set to expire 8-31-02. If I cannot go and I find someone else that may want this ressie can I still make a change to the name of the arriving party. If so up until what point can I make the change. Thanks for any info!

Oh boy. That's a tough one having to cancel so close.

The policy for 1-30 Days Prior to Arrival is: All of the Vacation Points used to make the reservation will be placed in your Holding Account in the appropriate Use Year.

On the Arrival Date: All of the Vacation Points used to make the reservation will be forfeited.

I would take this to mean you would have until Monday, 8/26 to give them a new name. You could possibly also call the morning of 8/27 with the name if they will be arriving that day. If it comes to that, I would call 8/26 and ask MS if that would be okay.

If you end up not being able to find someone to take the reservation instead of losing the points you could possibly donate them to give kids the world. They may be able to find someone who can use it even on short notice.
