You will have to put 10% down on a CC and if financing let them know the duration If you are willing to have payments deducted from checking you save 1% on interest rate, from 10.75% to 9.75% I believe.
I purchased ours long distance - it was very easy. As stated before, you put 10% down on a credit card. Your guide will ask you a few questions (name, address, etc. - nothing too difficult! ). The paperwork will arrive about a week later. Just sign and date the pages that need it and then have the mortgage page notarized (it will say which page needs to be notarized). Simply mail the documents back in the provided envelope. If you are applying for financing, you will receive notification of approval. Hopefully your guide will call to welcome you home.
Don't forget to post here when everything is done (or any questions along the way). Everyone is really great about welcoming you home!
