I've already started checking weather.com for the forecast, and I don't leave for another 4 1/2 weeks! I can't wait to start packing I've also been putting Mouseworld radio on at work when I have the office to myself

and TT, do not be doing your the day before as you will not have time to do it at WDW if the elec goes out before you leave. (I promise not to come to your house the night before and jinx u... )

Midterms are over! so 4 more weeks of these 4 classes and 8 more weeks of the other two then I am off for good behavior until the New Year

I have finals in 4 classes and midterms in 2 the weekend BEFORE so I will definitely be ready for a little R&R, as well as maybe some mischief

I think my favorite all time sappy line from a guy was "Did it hurt?" and of course I looked at him like he was nuts and said "?????" and he replied" when you fell from heaven" So corny....
but since you opened this thought process I have to add one of my favorite toasts ,even tho I probably shouldnt...lol(when you are on a bad date) "Here's to your little thing,and my little thing,and all little things under the table. Yay on 6 weeks from your upcoming trip, you will be thinking of nothing but Disney between now and then.

Yes, we have a tendency to be very random and full of spirit....sometimes the liquid kind but not often....

For those who can do the spreadsheets I think that is a great idea as well as a good tool for checklists! I learned by trial and error since I am not a planner and now I just keep a "Disney Bag" that has all the essentials I know I am going to need for a visit to The World.

You will love the new additions at Disney that you have not had a chance to see. I will just miss you as I go back home on the 25th. Yay for a followup trip for you in November, you will get to see the Christmas lights hopefully , I go back December 11th for our annual family trip!

"Disney Bag". I used to have a suitcase designated for that. Now that I live here, I have a "Disney Pack", contains essentials like sunscreen, water bottle, bug repellent and a hat. Its in the car since I have been known to stop off on my way home from work (WDW is between my job and home at the moment) to ride a ride, visit a friend, etc. . .lol. I still get excited just driving through property and seeing all the signs. My son is coming out for Christmas/New Year and I will DEFINITELY be staying on property during that time. I am excited about it and the planning has ensued. . .

You would think that. However, I lived 20 minutes from Disneyland for 20 years and I am STILL obsessed with the magic and excitement - and I went nearly every weekend and anytime I felt like it.

I survived the weekend... now to survived a week in Day Quarry!!! they are flippinbg my schedule this week I will be ;ing at around 9AM and 'ing around noon!!! But so far I have a few item nicely tucked in my upcoming Disney suitcase... so thats a start for Oct. Planning...

They used to sell Mickey shaped ravioli's.
Mo would make them the night before our Big Oct trip. So yummy.

I usually watch the Disney planning video or any specials on the travel channel before a trip.

Now Bart and I watch a Dinsey movie, and listen to my favorite Disney soundtracks to get us in the mood. This is a must do on the drive to the airport.

Thats what I do too for the most part TT and it has been working out great for me... I love finding the fun ways to build up the excitement the week before I go but any actual planning for the trip has to be from someone else if they want it done
