Too crowded for me...any time of year

I think you and 3 pages worth of Disers proved otherwise.

Disney is crowded - even at slow times. If it wasn't crowded then Disney wouldn't be such a worldwide success!

Here is the thing: It is not crowded all of the time. Some slow times the parks look pretty darn empty. So no, the OP stating that the parks are always crowded is wrong. Just as is your comment stating the same thing.

Go back about 6 posts or so and look at the link Minnie mum has provided. It states what I have seen in pics from a friend--the parks are pretty darned empty right now. If the OP is finding it too crowded right now, they are in fact doing something horribly wrong as far as touring the parks go. Maybe if they would come back and explain how they tour, we can help them fix it. That is, if they truly do want to visit WDW again.

So, did you actually wake up and think "Gee, I'd love to receive a public lashing, let me go on a discussion board and say I hate all things Disney. Let me see how man people on this particular board will agree with me."? I have been several time and for the life of me can't think of any year I spent 5,000. I also take 2 kids. My answer to that is simple, do your research. As far as too crowded, do your research. Disney is NOT a "go on a whim" vacation. You could but then you will be complaining about how you didn't have a good time. If you want to find a place you won't spend as much money, go to King's Island. I am sure Disney won't miss one person.

Hi - sorry but ive got to ask - what do u mean when u say the poster is a troll??

To be fair, in the Winter season, you should be able to greatly reduce your wait time to under 30minutes. Some exceptions do come to mind [TSM], but you should be able to find a good bit of wait reduction.

Now for dining, you're at the mercy of the crowds, while I don't think we had to wait 30m for any of our Table reservations, we also didn't attempt any walk-ups.

Quoting moobear25 from the previous page, but I'm using the Android app so don't have the quote function.

The reason people have responded the way they have is because what the OP stated simply isn't true and instead of asking for advice or tips for how to save money on their trip or when is the best time to go, they made a blanket assertion and left. There are many people who come to these boards with no real knowledge of Disney and are looking for advice for trip planning. Seeing something like this without a counterpoint wouldn't be fair to them.
But I can agree to disagree

Day after Labor Day. The CM's say this is the slowest time.

Next year, since we cannot attend at our usual time during Halloween, we'll be there the week of Labor Day.
