So today was one of those neverending days: I'm a teacher and tonight was Open House for parents. I was at school from 7:30am til 8pm!! For lunch the salad bar was non-existent because of the popularity of the hot item: chili dogs. So I had a slaw dog and fries for lunch. Then I only had time to run to Blimpie to pick up dinner before the parents started arriving (not the healthiest thing ever since I got the Blimpie Best with mayo and cheese
, but it was such a long day I felt I deserved it!) .
And of course when I got home I had no energy left for exercise.
I've been doing so well with exercise (6-7 times per week) and eating that I'm feeling pretty bad about "falling off the wagon" tonight.
What do you guys do when you're just too busy to be healthy? Or am I just making excuses for myself?!
