Too Ambitious? HS / EP day

Heading to Disney in less than 2 weeks! First time using G+ and trying to set realistic expectations. Plan is to head to HS for early entry then hop to Epcot around 2 until we're done with a 10 and 11 year old. Wondering if this plan could work or if it's too ambitious:

LL for SDD with morning return
ILL for RotR
Rope Drop MMRR and head to Toy Story Land for TSM, Saucers (?)

Hoping to book smuggler's run after SDD and then an Epcot ride, wait the two hours [muppets, star tours, lunch], book TOT for early afternoon return and an Epcot ride once we've tapped in. Is this doable? We have more time at both parks later in the week should something not work out with this plan.

Thanks for your insight!

The plan sounds ambitious, but with a little luck and good timing, much of it could work. Just something to keep in mind with booking G+/LL at your 'hopper' park - you won't be able to book any attractions at EP until that attraction's return times for LL has reached 2PM. That might not matter. Then again, you might have your LL window open and go to book your first choice at EP, and it might not yet be available. Good luck!

Are you staying onsite and will have early entry? It will just tamper what you can accomplish at rope drop if not, but am assuming you do.

I think it sounds doable and my kids could have handled it at those ages, but would call it an early evening for sure and not plan to make it to Epcot closing or even dinner.

good luck, but i've never had a morning at DHS go that smoothly.

early SDD LL returns are probably the toughest genie+ LLs anywhere, and your rope drop plans are going to be at the mercy of whatever attractions decide to start late that morning.

SDD is just impossible to book. It doesn't have enough capacity and HS just doesn't have enough rides, esp with RnR down. Even at 7AM + 6 seconds, you might be at 4PM.

If you must ride SDD, I'd rope drop it and G+ MMRR which is much easier to get. I'd prioritize pretty much any of these rides over SDD.

I would be watching the app in the days before you go to see what is going down. All of the HS headliners can be temperamental, and you might have to adjust.

Yes - we're onsite and will have access to early entry. I'm curious to see how long they last (or, let's be honest, how long I'll last!).

Hmm...that's a good point about SDD. I'm not interested in the rush to SDD in the morning and the risk that we end up wasting early entry in SDD's line. I guess if we can't secure it for a LL with a decent return time we will try for it on our evening at HS. Now to make a plan B and plan C!
