I have heard Tony's get bad reviews, but I ate there and had pasta and it was very good. I don't know if you are a Lady & The Tramp fan.. but that's the theme of the place and you can get Lady & the Tramp mugs that you won't find anywhere else. So for an all adult group especially, I choose Tony's.
We had a lovely meal at Tony's on our recent honeymoon. It can get a little loud, but we sat in the sun room area, which seemed to be a little more calm. We enjoyed it thoroughly. I've also heard good things about the Liberty Tree, and it sounds like fun to be announced into the room. But I think the food is more interesting at Tony's. Mmmm.... now I want to go back!
DH & I enjoy both & make a point to go to both during our trips! I've found that Tony's menu is kind of limited, but the spaghetti is very good!! Liberty Tree has a set menu so there is no choice, but it's usually my favorite meal of the trip! However, that could be because we've made it our "traditional" first dinner of the trip meal!! Liberty Tree is also a character meal (which we, 2 adults) love!!
Personally, I don't think you could go wrong with either choice.
We're on the other end of the Tony's debate. We've eaten there twice and I don't like it at all. The theming of the restaurant is neat but that's about it. We've also had to wait a Looooooong time to be seated there, with and without adrs.
I vote for Tony's. We ate there last year, and the food was very good. Even my pickey eater DW loved the food. We can't wait to go back again this year. I give it two up!
