I actually never ate there until recently because of so-so reviews. But I guess you can't always go by what you read online. DH and I really enjoyed our meal here last week. I had the gnocchi and thought it was great - I finished the whole plate. And the pumpkin cheesecake was delicious!

We ate lunch there yesterday and it was GREAT!!! We started off with the zucchini fries and they were gone very fast. My grandson likes cheese ravioli in alfredo sauce, but is very picky about the alfredo sauce. He ordered the mickey shaped ravioli and gobbled it up...it met his expectations! My DH had the shrimp pasta with asparagus & sun-dried tomatoes in a lemon vinagrette sauce...and ate every bite. My DD had the eggplant stack and it was really good. I had one of the flatbreads. We loved everything and don't understand why Tony's get some bad reviews. It is one of our favorites!!!

Food there is OK. My son likes the flatbread. It does not deserve the bad reviews it gets. It is just a good as any other WDW TS. The best service we ever had at a WDW restaurant was on our 1st visit to Tonys. Have been back & service and food were as I remembered.

We are trying here for lunch on our Christmas trip to get away from the crowds, so glad to see a few positive reports!

We ate there for the first time on my last trip. It was the night of the MNSSHP and we wanted to get in early have dinner and start the party ASAP.

I always make reservations for here and in the end cancel, but we were all surprised with the meal. I had the salmon with with orzo, the pasta was cooked a little too much but tasted fine and the fish was cooked perfectly.

My cousin had Seafood Diavoli over veggies instead of pasta and enjoyed his meal and his son enjoyed the chicken parm.

Also we had the BEST server I have ever had in Disney!!!! She was fast, checked on us a number of times, brought over drinks quickly.

In the end it was a very enjoyable dinner

The calamari, zucchini fries and flatbreads are good. Everything else we tried was not. Pasta was all overcooked and mushy. Red sauce was very bland. My daughter had the meatballs, but couldn't eat beyond 2 bites. They had a strange taste and were rubbery. My youngest son enjoyed the Mickey raviolis. On the plus side, service was excellent and the chef was super about the kids allergies. If we go again, we'll stick with appetizers. We had a much better meal at Mama Melrose.

We have reservations to eat there in Jan and I was worried because of the bad rep, but it seems that if it tastes like Olive Garden we will enjoy it:) Glad to hear the service is great! I don't think we have ever had bad service at any of the WDW restaurants:goodvibes

If you can get an outdoor table, and sit and watch the parade, I would go. Otherwise, for us, the food has been consistently sad...:sad2::sad2:
(And I don't mind the food at Olive Garden!!)
