Tony's TS earliest dinner time?

What is theearliest dinner time available for Tony's? I need a TS before the MVMCP and this seems like a good choice if I can get in early

We haven't been there for dinner, but on our trip in March we had a 2:45pm ADR which was great because they sat us outside and we got to watch the 3pm parade while we ate. My DH wants to eat there again in December and wants to try for as close to 2:45pm again. Just another option
