We have ressies for our trip in a few weeks. We plan on watching the evening parade from Tony's. As a Brooklyn born Italian used to eating high quality macorini and "gravy" on Sunday all my life most Italian places I have been to are a "letdown" especially the truely terrible Olive Garden (why - WHY do people wait 2 hours for bad food)??Anyway, I am going with an open mind about Tony's. I know it won't be gourmet. I know their sauce can't possibly be as good as what I make at home. I expect to wait. We are hoping to get a good view for the parade. We are going with friends and expect to have a good time just being with them. If the food and service are better than I have read, it will be "gravy". If it's not, I feel like I'm prepared.
