Tony's Town Square

My DD would die over Lady and the Tramp waffles. She doesn't like princesses, but will chase Pluto around to get an autograph 10 times a day! How long ago was this breakfast. I know they have one for Grand Gatherings, but just the regular breakfast?

The last time we were able to get a breakfast reservation with the regular menu was May 2001. It was open as a character breakfast with Pooh characters in October of 2002 while renovations were made to Crystal Palace but the menu was different. Anybody know who to contact to get Disney to bring breakfast back to Tony's? I would be on the next plane! :)

We celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary there this past May. May 28th to be precise. We had a 2:45 reservation and we were treated like royalty. We enjoyed our food and although we were inside the restaurant itself...when the parade rolled by DD17 adn DS15 went to the "greenhouse" to watch it roll by. We will definately return....We used the DDP and felt it was well money and time spent!

Here are a few pics of our meal and the parade...

I hope that you enjoy your trip to Tony's Town Square. I know we did, in spite of the bad reviews, I find it's better to try it before you dismiss it. I did that with many other restaurants as well as resorts... :grouphug:

pirate: We tried Tony's last year and loved it. We are going again this year in October. You can read reviews until you're blue in the face, but I always recommend to try a restaurant. It's worth giving it a shot. If you like it, then you'll probably return. If not, then chalk it up as a bad experience. Everyone has a difference taste when it comes to food selections. :thumbsup2

Thanks for the great photos Tinkerbellz! I am still going to give it a try! Thanks for all comments, they have really helped me out!
