Tony's Town Square - vegetarian changes to dishes?

Anyone have any idea if Tony's town square can edit a dish to remove the meat that comes with it? Or are these items "premade" do you think? For ex, fettuccine Alfredo, comes with chicken or shrimp, but what if you want it no shrimp or chicken? Or the Oreichette with sausage, can you omit the sausage?

You can definitely order the fettuccine without meat. We did so this past December. I don't know about the orecchiette.
