Tony's Town Square Restaurant--Great for Toddler

We just returned from a week at Disney and found ourselves in the Magic Kingdom Friday, starving for more than just a hot dog for lunch (we are NOT on the dining plan), so we gave Tony's Town Square Restaurant a try.

They opened at 11:30am and we were seated right away, next to the fountain. My almost three year old son enjoyed watching the water while he waited for his cheese pizza. I was relieved to eat in a restaurant with something on the menu that my picky eater would enjoy. I felt like he'd been grazing all week. The pizza came with sliced apples and veggies with ranch dressing for dipping. Pizza was actually tasty (he balked when we tried to give him pizza from Pizza Planet in Hollywood Studios). He was in heaven! Just thought I'd share our recent experience with other parents looking to get their toddler to eat a complete meal while at the Magic Kingdom.

As a side note...my husband had the Italian Panini which was OK and I had the meatball sub which was pretty good for a lunch. The sandwiches come with a tasty salad mix on the same plate. It was a filling lunch after a fun-filled morning

This is great to hear!
We booked TTS for supper before the Pirate and Princess Party on May 31, and I was not sure of it...just wanted to be in the park at that time.
This is great to know, esp for picky eater DS3.

TTS was great! We ate there once (without small children) and we really loved the food. We also had a great view of Main Street as we were seated in the glass enclosed porch. I did notice a lot of families with smaller children there and they seemed like they were enjoying themselves as well. But definately make a ADR because there were a lot of people waiting for tables.
