Tony's Town Square - recipe request

We had breakfast with some characters at Tony's Town Square Restaurant this past week and it was fantastic. How can I request copies of the recipies for the eggs and potatoes dishes, both had asiago cheese as an ingredient? This was a pre-plated breakfast.

I didn't make the arrangements for this family trip, but but Tony's Town Square Restaurant was open for breakfast on Dec. 22. The reservations were made several weeks in advance of our trip.

And thank you for leading me to that website! It had many of the Disney recipies, but not the two I was looking for.

I didn't find the recipies at that website either. Will Disney World respond to a recipe request via mail or email, and if so, what address would I use?
