Tony's Town Square in January

I have an ADR for Tony's Town Square on Jan. 25 at 6:00 so that we can eat and watch Spectromagic parade. In order to see parade will we have to dine outside? Will it be too cold? We will have 1 and 4 yr old with us.

We were there Jan 20-25 this year and I will tell you it was freaking cold out...lows in the 20's and highs in the 50's and a few days we were in the high 60's

But at night was the worst...soooo cold!
