TTS is the only MK restaurant we haven't eaten at, & I've always wanted to try it. The only way we'd consider it worth having dinner there would be if we could eat while watching Spectro. Is there a way to increase our chances of doing that? We usually book dinner ADRs based on food alone, & never ask for special seating. This would be one dinner that the seating would make a difference to us. Any tips you'd be willing to share? TIA :)

We eat at Tony' every time we go. They have a sign posted when you come in they can not accommodate location requests. You can ask but it may delay you getting seated. I would say dinner usually only lasts about an hour. However keep in mind that the people sitting there when the parade starts do not leave, so ask for a seating about an hour to an hour & a half prior to the parade start time.

Also note that Tony's is closed for a week or more in January. Not sure when you are planning your trip.

We have enjoyed the two meals we have had @Tony's....in fact we are scheduled to dine there again next month! We like to make our ADR @1 1/2 hour before SpectroMagic is scheduled to begin so when we are done with our meal we just walk out to the porch and watch the parade. We have never sat outside or requested to sit outside...I would be concerned that you wouldn't be able to see over the people lined up on the street while you were seated at your table...I don't know if the outside seating area is elevated enough for that...:confused3

Thanks for the info. I just called to book Tony's for 7:30 on our arrival day. The CM told me, if we wanted outdoor seating to request it when checking in. I didn't mention any type of seating request. She just volunteered the info. :confused3 I think we'll plan to go out on the porch to watch the parade, just in case.

On a side note, this ADR is for exactly 180 days from our trip. We haven't booked our resort, because we just can't decide between Epcot resorts. :o It took forever for the Supervisor to decide we could book the ADR w/o a reservation #. This really surprised me. I wasn't trying to book any others. I know I have to call back daily, until we get with it & decide on a resort. :headache: The CM was extremely nice & very apologetic. I think they were just confused on what I was trying to do.
